Rawlings PRIMUS NFT

We worked with Rawlings Sporting Goods to bring baseball collectibles into Web3. The PRIMUS collection features four distinct tiers of NFTs, all redeemable for an exclusive, collectible physical baseball glove. We built out the campaign strategy, designed the NFTs, built the websites, and sold the NFTs/gloves. My focus was primarily on the website UX/UI, promotional graphics, and rollout strategy.

About

The PRIMUS collection features four tiers of limited edition NFTs tied to physical gloves. All gloves are designed exclusively for this launch and will never be made again.

These NFTs were minted and sold on OpenSea. Buyers could select their desired edition number. The catch? To claim your physical glove, you must relinquish your NFT. Which will you choose?

NFT Design

Digital gloves were created using photogrammetry scans of the physical gloves for total accuracy. Each NFT glove and frame is individually numbered to match its physical counterpart. Sleek NFT designs by Rick Malwitz

Promo Graphics

Below are select promotional graphics for this project. All graphics were created in various sizes to fit multiple platforms - email, website, web banner, Twitter, and Instagram

Tiers

  • 300 Pro (Red) NFTs | Red and Black Heart of the Hide glove

  • 150 Gold NFTs | Gold and Black Pro Preferred glove

  • 10 Platinum NFTs | Silver and Black REV1X Glove

  • 1 Francisco Lindor NFT | Signed & Worn REV1X Glove

Website

Designed a Rawlings NFT microsite with all information about the NFTs, community, roadmap, and physical gloves. Single-page design was inspired by the popular NFT websites including Nike & Adidas. This site was updated continually as we reached new project milestones and released more updates.

Website Evolution

We created a microsite for Rawlings PRIMUS NFT as a subdomain of the main retail site Rawlings.com. This gave our team easy edit access while still living under the reliable, trustworthy Rawlings domain.

Visit the website at Rawlings.com/NFT

Shown here is the evolution of this microsite from wireframe to drafts to final design. The website underwent many evolutions from concept to completion. Our site information is consistently updating as the project reaches new milestones.
